Hi, I'm Susana. I'm Portuguese and I live in Luxembourg with my wonderful French husband, Sam and our cute French Bulldog - Rock!

I love the sun and the beach and to go for walks in the forest.

Since I started to work I have been very focused on my career. Not so much because I wanted to make it to the top, even if I did, of course, but because I was afraid of screwing up. You see, to me making a mistake meant I was not smart enough, not competent enough. Meant I was a failure! So, I put on the hard work and I made sure I overprepared every meeting, every presentation. It was exhausting! And the fear of making a fool out of myself in front of others would keep me awake at night. The level of anxiety this would bring me was excruciating. 

Everyone else seemed to had their act together, but me. I looked at my colleagues and it seemed so effortless for them. Not for me, I STRUGGLED. “It must be me”, I thought. I AM NOT GOOD ENOUGH. So, I suffered in silence, hoping no one would see the mess inside myself, too ashamed to let anyone in on my secret. It was already bad enough I would think I am not good enough; I couldn’t say it out loud to anyone! Not in my position, anyway! So, I bite my tongue and beat myself up instead. 

But I knew one thing: I did not want to continue living my life feeling like this – exhausted, afraid, anxious, and disappointed in myself. I wanted to feel confident, calm, and joyful. I wanted to feel ENOUGH. And that's when my personal development journey started. 

When I realised what I could accomplish and how it feels to let go of my limiting beliefs, negative emotions and tame my head chatter, I knew I wanted to share what I have learnt and help others live a fulfilling and happy life too. I first certified in Global Executive Coaching in HEC, Paris. But soon after, I realised I was missing, however, one important detail: I am a woman. And the way a woman sees, feels, and perceives the world is different to a man's. The personal development tools out there were not designed and most of the times do not work for women. So, why fight against our own nature and use tools that don't serve us? Wouldn’t it make sense that we would need our own program to run our hardware? Otherwise it’s like trying to install an iphone app onto a Samsung phone – it doesn’t quite work because they’re not COMPATIBLE. That's when I found Creatrix®, a tool designed by a woman for the women's brain, and decided to certify as a Creatrix® Transformologist®️ with the Institute of Women International.  

My purpose in life is to help women break through the obstacles that have been holding them back in life and in their careers. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled.
