As a woman working in finance, I have been struggling with feelings of inferiority, always comparing myself to the others, and being convinced that I miss something while the others are shining. I felt I was not deserving the position I worked so hard to get. I felt insecure and anxious each time I had to take the word in a meeting. Felt pity for myself.
